Acrobatic Gymnastics

Acrobatic Gymnastics is a huge area and has many disciplines itself including mixed pairs, mens pairs, womens pairs, womens groups and mens groups.

All these disciplines include balances, tumbling, choreography and dynamic elements. This requires a great deal of strength, speed, flexiblity, stamina and above all teamwork.

This area of gymnastics, along with Tumbling, is one that Great Britain is most successful in and Derby City Gymnastics Club continues to have huge successes at regional, national and British Championships.
